Samsung launches 3D television in India

Consumer durables major Samsung on Thursday said it will start selling three-dimensional (3D) television, priced up to Rs 4.35 lakh, for the first time in India within this week.

Imagine watching 3D movies at home,yes its possible Samsung launched 3D television on 25 march 2010 and it is priced between Rs 1.3 lakh to Rs 4.35 lakh.Samsung launched 10 models of 3D TV across LED, LCD and plasma platforms.Sony has also announced plan to sell 3D television in India even LG is eager to enter into the 3D segment.
Dreamworks Animation and Samsung have been tied up with each other for providing 3D content.with each 3d television Dreamwoorks Animation company said it will give away 3D version of ‘Monsters vs Aliens’, an animation movie released last year by Dreamworks.
For experiencing 3D effect one has to wear the 3D glasses and watch the television.
